Visa Product Design System
Took a young design system from an internal foundation to a public platform at design.visa.com — the visual language, how the team worked, and how we talked about it.
Visa Developer Center
Led design for Visa’s developer platform — from a tiger team to a standing function — and moved the Developer Center from Visa’s org chart onto the jobs developers actually finish: find a capability, get set up, make a first call.
Visa Partner Platform
Stepped into a stalled project as lead designer — built the wireframes, clarified requirements, and helped ship a platform that lets partners navigate Visa’s B2B ecosystem digitally.

My path started in web, visual and motion design, then turned toward user experience and accessible design. At Visa it became systems and platforms: taking a young design system public at design.visa.com, building the team behind the Developer Center, and leading designers, content designers, researchers and design engineers across the platform work underneath.
